I Am A Quite Energetic Woman, Got Married 1 Year Ago, And Trying To Get Pregnant Now, I Notice That We Shouldn’t Do Too Much Exercises For The First 3 Months Of Pregnancy, I Still Don’t Know Whether I Got Pregnant Yet, But Maybe..Still Waiting For The Right Day To Check…I Changed My Too Jumpy Aerobics Class To More Steady One Already…I Am Now Regularly Join The “Step” Aerobics Class Twice Per Week, And We Will Always Have 5 Mins Sit-Up Exercises, Is It Still Ok Doing That, If, Just If I Got Pregnant Already…??
And If I Really Conceived, Can I Still Go To The “Step” Class? And Can I Still Do Sit-Up?? If I Can, How Long Should I Stop Doing That??
